Facebook Group Terms and Conditions

 

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By joining and participating in FOSS The Menopause Group (the "Group"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not join or use the Group.

**2. Membership**

(a) To become a member of the Group, you must pay the specified membership fee unless specified otherwise in writing. 

(b) Membership is non-transferable and grants you access to the content and discussions within the Group for the duration of your subscription.

**3. Content and Conduct**

(a) Members are expected to engage in respectful and constructive discussions. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of membership.

(b) Members are solely responsible for the content they post in the Group. FOSS The Menopause Group reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

 

(c) Members follow nutritional advice at their own risk. Always check supplements and dietary changes with your GP. 

 

(d) From time to time, FOSS Nutrition receive affiliate income from discount codes and product recommendations. 

**4. Payments and Refunds**

(a) Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where FOSS The Menopause Group fails to provide the agreed-upon services.

(b) Payment processing is handled by WIx intergrations, and FOSS The Menopause Group does not store any payment information.

**5. Privacy**

(a) By joining the Group, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(b) FOSS The Menopause Group will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

**6. Termination of Membership**

(a) FOSS The Menopause Group reserves the right to terminate a member's access to the Group for violations of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

(b) In the event of termination, membership fees will not be refunded.

**7. Changes to Terms and Conditions**

FOSS The Menopause Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Groupconstitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

**8. Governing Law**

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
